Returns & Exchange

  1. What is the returns and exchange policy?
    We do not accept exchange for other colours or designs. We accept only exchange for size. Exchange for size is accepted within 14 days of purchase base on date of receipt (for Malaysia orders only) and only if the following conditions are met:
  • All items must be unworn and their outsoles must be clean and in their original condition.               
  • All Items must be in their original packaging.   

Please note that we do reserve the right not to allow the return/exchange of products or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met.            

Customers must notify us beforehand via WhatsApp (+6016-3281826) or email at by quoting the order number.

  1. Whether we will refund you delivery/shipping charge?
    Shipping costs for return/exchange orders are borne by customer and we are not liable until item reaches our office; and re-shipping costs for exchanged orders are also borne by customers.

Once we receive customer request on return and exchange, we will send a payment link to customer to settle shipping charges incurred. Once payment is made, customer can proceed to drop the item at any CollectCo centers. For details, please refer to next question.

Take note that items that are damaged, marked, soiled or altered will not be accepted. Any items returned under these conditions and/or fall under non-returnable categories will be sent back to the customer; and re-shipping costs for exchange orders are borne by customers.

  1. How do I return something to you?

    Returns can be dropped off at the nearest CollectCo centers. Kindly keep a record of your return tracking number. Step by step guides as below:
  • Notify us your request via WhatsApp (+6016-3281826) or email at by quoting the order number.
  • Visit this link.
  • Fill in returns information: name, email, mobile no. and order number (You can retrieve your order number under My Account after login to our website, or inquire us via WhatsApp or email).
  • Print out the airway bill and find the nearest CollectCo point to drop the item.

  • Please arrange your own courier service and return your item to the address below:

  • Please notify us the tracking number via WhatsApp or email.
  1. Whether we have received your returned items?
    We will notify you as soon as we receive and process the parcel to let you know that it is safely in our hands.
     5. What if you have returned an item and it was incorrectly replaced?

  Do inform us via WhatsaApp or email, and we will check on your orders      accordingly.

     6. Whether you can collect or return a parcel in person?
         We don't accept walk-in pickup and/or returns at our warehouse.
